Terms & Conditions

Your use of this website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

1. Tour Price

The prices for our tours are detailed on our website or in specific offers. Tour prices are quoted in US Dollars and may be subject to change based on factors such as currency fluctuations, taxes, or price adjustments from suppliers.

  • Prices include transportation, accommodations, meals as mentioned.
  • Prices exclude optional activities, personal expenses, gratuities, etc.
  • We reserve the right to amend the tour price in the event of significant changes in costs. If this happens, you will be notified in advance.

2. Extension of Stay Expenses

If you choose to extend your stay beyond the scheduled tour dates, additional charges may apply. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request. Any extension of stay is subject to availability.

  • All additional accommodation, meals, and transfers related to extended stays are the responsibility of the traveler.
  • Any changes to extended stay arrangements are subject to confirmation and availability.

3. Tour Escort

A professional tour escort will accompany you throughout the tour, ensuring a smooth experience. The tour escort is responsible for providing general guidance and overseeing the itinerary. However, they do not assume liability for individual personal needs or issues unrelated to the tour schedule.

  • The tour escort will lead and manage your group, but individual decisions regarding optional activities and personal choices remain at the traveler’s discretion.

4. Program Changes

We make every effort to ensure that the tour programs are conducted as advertised. However, we reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary for reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, local conditions, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances).

  • If significant changes occur before departure, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternatives.
  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the program or itinerary.

5. Payment

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon the day of arrival in Bali.

  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash.
  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

6. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival: 10% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 07 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour price.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total tour price (no refund).

Note: If a tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or provide an alternative tour option.

7. Refunds

Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation section. In the case of a tour cancellation by Jora Indonesia DMC a full refund of the amount paid will be provided, unless the cancellation is due to force majeure events.

  • Refunds will be processed within 07 days of receiving a valid cancellation notice.
  • Any refunds for unused services during the tour (e.g., missed meals or activities) are non refundable.

8. Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for providing the services as outlined in the tour itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and meals as specified. However, we are not responsible for any delays, injuries, or damages caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, etc.)
  • Actions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.)
  • Personal health or safety issues of participants

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants to cover possible risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage. Jora Indonesia DMC does not provide insurance, and we strongly advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance policy covers all aspects of your tour.
  • We do not accept liability for any travel-related issues that could be covered by insurance.

10. Health and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring that you are fit and healthy enough to participate in the tour. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to travel, please inform us before booking. Some tours may require a fitness level or specific health considerations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe you are not fit to travel or if you have failed to disclose any relevant health information.

11. Liability

We will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused during the tour except where such loss, injury, or damage arises directly from our negligence. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour.

  • You agree to indemnify Jora Indonesia DMC and its representatives from any legal claims resulting from your participation in the tour.

12. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali – Indonesia.
